"A Sanitary House? You mean a clean home?" - No, though I am sure we all appreciate a clean home!
What we mean is a small brick building with a toilet, wash basin & shower inside. Most of our families have never experienced privacy during bathing or going to the bathroom. They have no place to go other than ditches and bushes, and to bathe in whatever water they can find (like a washcloth bath from a bucket).
Sanitation is critical to good health, and we believe that God can provide!
The small brick building will have a water tank that the families can fill from the well that we installed (thank you!) that will gravity feed the shower & sink, and a good ole hole-in-the-ground septic, AND, a light bulb!
Imagine if you had only ever bathed & went to the bathroom at the edge of a parking lot? That's basically the reality of these people that we care for.
